City and County of San Francisco Whereas, the City and County of San Francisco celebrates the inception of San Francisco Public Relations (SFPR), which is a welcome addition to the community; and Whereas, SFPR is a full service public relations, promotion, and publicity company founded by Kenny Wardell; and Whereas, the company creates break-through media campaigns for their diverse list of San Francisco Bay Area clientele; and Whereas, Kenny Wardell and the staff of SFPR have been part of the Bay Area Music Awards and the Bammies Walk of Fame, the San Francisco 49ers Golden Gala, San Francisco’s 4th of July Celebration, the San Francisco Mayor’s Conference, the Mayor’s Women’s Summit, the San Francisco Symphony’s Black and White Ball, and the San Francisco Olympic Torch Ceremony; now Therefore Be It Resolved, that I, Gavin Newsom, Mayor of the City and County of San Francisco, in order to commemorate the arrival of SFPR to the community, do hereby proclaim October 1, 2005 as SFPR DAY IN SAN FRANCISCO IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of the City and County of San Francisco to be affixed.
